The app can't reach my family's computer

The phone app talks to the RawHouse computer at your home. Check that the computer is on and RawHouse is running, and that your phone's private connection to it is turned on. Then tap Try again.

I need to join my family

Ask a parent in your family to send you a sign-in link from RawHouse. Open it on your phone, and a parent approves your phone.

Notifications aren't coming through

Open your phone's Settings, find RawHouse, and make sure notifications are allowed. Inside RawHouse, check Settings → Notifications for quiet hours or turned-off types.

Removing a phone or a person

A parent can remove any phone from RawHouse on the family computer. Removing the app from your phone deletes what it kept there.
